The manager was encouraging, sets an example and is a role model to his subordinates. He is a boss who motivates and patient with his subordinates and colleagues alike. Conducive learning work environment with friendly and helpful colleagues. Attractive perks and overtime allowances. There is few office politics going on in the workplace and people are genuinely sincere. There are informal celebrations for Christmas (gift-exchange), Chinese New Year (dinner) and an Annual company dinner which is paid for. Colleagues are generally close-knitted and friendships extend beyond work.

Long hours, stressful and constant deadlines to meet.

Friendly co-workers in the same team, and friendly supervisors who are always willing to help. The supervisor also was willing to listen to the employees' suggestions.

Bad relationship between departments. The R&D temporary clerks are not liked by other departments, sometimes even get blamed for doing something that was done by other people.
