Vantaggi
The people who work there - the engineers, the sales team, the customer success managers - they are all awesome, smart, fun and funny people. Working with co-workers is the saving grace of my experience.
Svantaggi
They sell themselves as a SaaS company but they do not have the technology to back that up. It's being developed but it does not currently exist. So, sales people will sell the product to clients who have specific expectations around technology and results. Unfortunately, the CSM team is up against a wall with clients who are unhappy. In the last month, I have seen more client churn than ever before. They are flailing because they mislead clients who in turn cancel service because the product isn't fully flushed out. The leadership at this company does not seem to have a clue about how to run a business. I received a ton of emails from co-workers expressing a sincere confusion and frustration with the company but also that they were looking for new work. People don't believe in the product or the company despite the founders attempts to convince them. There is no solid process in place for any department. There is no product. They sell themselves as helping underserved and underemployed people, which they do, but isn't that just a nice way to say that they outsource their work to people who are paid low wages? No opportunities for growth. No mentorship. No strong leadership. No promotions.
