Nobody is just a 'cog in the wheel' - there is a lot of interdepartmental collaboration and strategic discussions at every level. We have great clients and get to help them solve problems in creative ways. It's a company you can be proud to work for. The Bend community is also fantastic; there is a real sense of community and it's a beautiful, fun place to live.

Formal training is not part of the curriculum - to succeed, you need to be a self-starter and independent contributor. This can be a pro or a con, but works better for some personalities than others.
