This job don’t give raises! They have poor management so easy for them to tell you how to do your job but management can’t even take calls themselves! They move you from Champaign to Champaign that’s it! They have their favorites! One manager always looking out for their fav they raise your tph knowing the rates are super high ! You talk to terrible nasty rude ppl all day ! No compensation at all ! Management can be sarcastic at times ! Like they taking calls
