Most of the leadership lacked management experience and they were not trained for the job. In my opinion it seemed like most of the leadership was in that position because they were the only one to do it, not because of skills of knowledge. No hybrid option for staff, however the owner/founder hired a COO who worked remotely and lives in another state. Seemed very backwards to me from a management standpoint. Horrible benefits Once business started to take a terrible nose dive, the morale did too and the managers did not know how to turn it around and they had little support. HR manager is CLUELESS. She didn't even know or acknowledge that they were NOT processing the federal ID documents correctly until the complaints from the consulting team were becoming an issue. That is when they decided to pay for a 3rd party to process the federal ID documents, correctly. Prior to that, they were not being processed correctly, not being verified by the IRS.
