Svantaggi
Due to market change LeaderStat has had to layoff a large number of staff. This makes employees have job insecurity. Employees that were laid off are bitter and speak bad about LeaderStat. In reality the layoffs are out of LeaderStats control. Eleanor does everything she can to keep the company moving forward.
Vantaggi
• Some talented team members (many of whom have since left or been laid off) • Industry has strong potential if better managed • Occasionally flexible work environment
Svantaggi
• Leadership is outdated and resistant to innovation • CEO manages too many unrelated business ventures, creating a lack of direction • High turnover of leaders • Decision-making is centralized among a small circle, including family members without staffing experience • Employee input is undervalued, leading to low morale • No clear or sustainable long-term strategy
