The support team, the people actually doing most of the work, are wonderful. I’ve never seen a group of people work so hard just to scrape by and still get crapped on by their bosses.

Management is severely out of touch and does not take feedback well. They preach that the team is a family, and that your feedback is wanted and valued - but the moment it is received management becomes a petty 16 year old girl and does just about everything in their power to make you miserable. The CEO was nice to me to my face, but I never heard from him once I told management I was unhappy and needed help.

At this position, I was given somewhat free reign to accomplish my goals, without much micro-management. When I asked for a raise, it was given fairly quickly.

Svantaggi

The culture at this company felt fairly dismal. The employees were seldom actually listened to, and clients were treated without the care and attention they expected. This led to both employee and client retention issues.
