Overall, the workplace fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Collaborating with colleagues is highly engaging, and the culture makes it incredibly easy to network and build strong relationships with members of other teams. Additionally, I really value the transparent and productive communication I share with both my direct manager and upper leadership.

At this point in my tenure, I genuinely do not have any notable downsides to report. I recognize that as time goes on, everyday workplace challenges will naturally arise.
