When people leave or are let go, roles frequently go unfilled and the work absorbs into already stretched teams. Burnout is real across a lot of functions. - Career development conversations were nonexistent in my experience. If growth matters to you, don't assume it will be offered — you'll need to push hard for it. - Culture varies significantly by team. In some parts of the org it felt transactional — heavily focused on output with little investment in the human side of the work. - Diversity is a visible gap — across teams but especially across leadership. It's noticeable and worth being honest about.
