- Strong investment in future product development
- Dedicated team, supportive culture, and a constant striving for excellence
Benefits, time off, bonus (if they ever hit their targets)

Lack of documentation and processes
Inability to deploy and scale efficiently
They have no idea what their employees are responsible for.
Lay employees off all the time without any proper or formal PIP.
Agrees to customize everything for clients and then is upset when delivery sucks or is delayed
