But.... the minute you make a mistake, you start being bullied by the CEO and his two puppies (the only two people he trusts). To say this is a toxic workplace would be an understatement and a compliment to this company. It is much more than that. It is constant pressure, passive aggressive behaviour, games. They do their best to speak about the hustle culture, the books they read about it, the lack of life-work balance and they celebrate it like it's a good thing. And, if you have a different opinion, you are just not born to do it. Your bad. Run Fores, run as fast as you can.
