She has hired a team of seasoned executives to support the growth of the company. It's nice to see an executive team that knows what they're doing! While there is a lot to be done, there is a lot of opportunities to learn and grow, especially for people up-and-coming in their career. - New seasoned, and inspiring leadership team that is breathing new life into this company. - Great product with strong product and messaging A/B testing and analytics that is driving value for brands; great customer like Tinder, Tesco, and App Annie. - Great perks, in-line with the rest of the Valley, and dog-friendly office too!

- While the product is great and Leanplum has incredible customers, there is still work to be done, but there seems to be more product focus now. - Some entitlement syndrome, but in contrast, there are plenty of people who are working hard to make things happen. - The company needs to do a better job at sharing its differentiators with the marketplace, they are so strong on A/B testing, but yet not a lot of prospective clients are aware of this, so better messaging is required.
