The company has respect for employees' time—meetings are well-structured, which helps keep productivity high. Salaries are fair, and the work schedule allows for a good work-life balance without unrealistic expectations. If you enjoy technical challenges, the product itself is one. I've worked along wonderful professionals in this company, always supportive and responsible.

The company lacks a proper approach to product development, focusing more on trying out baseless ideas rather than investing in the research of use cases and customer needs. Despite having a strong team and a wonderful VP of Product for a period (Susannah), they were given neither the resources nor the support to work on real customer challenges. The product is entirely tech-driven, making it difficult to create a smooth experience for business users. Developers largely dictate what gets built, limiting the amount of changes, leading to a patchwork approach rather than meaningful improvements. Cross-team collaboration, especially with Sales, is nearly impossible as requests are often ignored. The strategy in the past two quarters was overly ambitious, pushing employees to burnout—only to be followed by layoffs. If you're looking for a short-term job, this might work for you. But if you're hoping to invest in a company for the long run, this is not the place.

They show genuine respect for every department in the company and understand the role each team plays in building a stronger, growing organization. There’s an outstanding culture of collaboration—teammates support one another and are invested in helping each other succeed. The buddy system for new hires is especially helpful and makes onboarding feel welcoming and structured. Enablement is thoughtfully designed and easy to access, making it simple to reference materials as you ramp and continue learning. It’s clear that the company puts effort into setting employees up for success. The product itself is resonating favorably with customers who want to accelerate test automation and build pipelines quickly. With exciting, game-changing updates on the horizon, the company is in an even stronger position moving forward. Benefits are another highlight. Vacation time is generous and genuinely supports work–life balance, and the healthcare plans offer solid coverage with much lower premiums than I’ve experienced in previous roles.

As the company continues to grow, the internal tech stack is still evolving to support expanding teams. Some tools are being phased out while new ones are being evaluated or implemented, which can create temporary gaps in workflows. It’s clear leadership is focused on aligning the right tools for scale, and I’m particularly looking forward to additional AI-driven prospecting and productivity tools that will help increase efficiency for go-to-market teams.
