Learn by Design are very good at utilising people's strengths and interests, letting you try out different roles and experience new things - which is great for your own personal development. The work they do is very meaningful and is a great starting point for those interested in education/STEM communication/youth work.

Everyone genuinely feels like a team, but sometimes the team mentality is toxic and you get pressured into do things you're uncomfortable with because to say 'no' is to 'let the team down'. Some HR policies are questionable - such as mileage paid back at significantly under the government's recommended amount, and there were lots of dodgy COVID safety breaches during the pandemic. Head office is also unsanitary.
