Learn iT! is a family owned business with a family-oriented atmosphere. Management provides patience and nurturing for people just entering the work-force as well as fosters existing talent. I've been here 6.5 years and am so happy to come to work everyday. There's open conversations of change when needed and the goals are prominent but steady growth towards a larger Market Share.
