Team culture can feel cold and unwelcoming, with a tendency toward micro-management and overemphasis on following unwritten “culture rules.”. Asking for help often goes unanswered, and HR can intervene in ways that make communication feel tense. High level of internal chaos makes it difficult to manage projects effectively.

My experience as a Backend Developer at LearnWorlds has been exceptionally positive. The product is technically interesting and offers continuous learning opportunities - from microservices and integrations to high-traffic systems. Every day brings different challenges that keep me engaged and help me grow as a developer. Most importantly, though, it's the team. Colleagues are always willing to share their knowledge and help out, creating an environment of collaboration and mutual support.
