There are many reviews appearing and I felt I should share my experience. The other reviews are correct, one recent one mentioned Fraud, I am not sure it is but stop the bus is yet again being pushed onto staff. I was in a meeting today and informed we all must do the courses, the pressure is ridiculous, management are bullies and look out for themselves at all times, those up above if you read this do something about it before you end up in court!! Oh you already have by the look of tribunals that have been withdrawn at the end. There is no let up, if you are black or gay or in fact anything outside of what they say is the "ordinary " Watch your back!! HR are the worst I have ever come across and do not give a damn as long as they get paid. People are in a mental health state working at this company. I just need to find a job and I am out of here! I have read the terms and conditions and this is absolutley true. Please dont take this off. HR if you are listening perhaps you shouold do a questionairre to see how many people are on antidepressants!!!

Thank you for your review. We value all kinds of feedback but wanted to address some of your points: “Deleting Reviews” – We are unable to delete Glassdoor reviews. These are controlled only by Glassdoor who will occasionally step in and remove reviews that breach community guidelines. “Stop the Bus” – The ‘Stop the Bus’ initiative was launched to support CPD within the organisation. As a training provider, we have access to a wide range of accredited and funded qualifications for individuals and it is essential our staff maintain high levels of knowledge in areas such as mental health and safeguarding to ensure we are giving the best support we can to both colleagues and our learners. “Tribunals”: In relation to your comment about tribunals, we live in a democracy and the tribunal courts are there for all to use. We would hope that staff raise their concerns through our internal processes in the first instance, but we accept that we cannot resolve every matter to their satisfaction. However, we don’t have control over claimant’s withdrawals and individuals will do this for several different reasons on their own merit “Equality and Diversity” –There is no such thing as ordinary at LCG – we are diverse organisation and proudly buck the trends when it comes to women in leadership, are a disability confident leader, practice fair recruitment processes in addition to being involved in a range of initiatives and covenants. We continuously work to ensure that people of all backgrounds and characteristics feel welcomed at Learning Curve Group and feel we have a culture that allows this. I would encourage anyone who feels that they may have encountered any discrimination to raise it, as this is something that we take very seriously. “Wellbeing” – One of the key ways in which we track our employee wellbeing is through surveying, something we do throughout the year. Our most recent Best Companies and IIP surveys, showed us that wellbeing at work was one of our most celebrated and improved areas. However we are aware that mental health is very personal, and if not everyone shares the consensus then its important that line managers and the HR team are made aware to ensure that the right support can be offered.
