Management are absent, they only talk to you if they need something extra done, or want to complain about something you have done. no real guidance or encouragement.

Good atmosphere, good learning prospects, dynamic, international contacts, professional clients and management. Very flexible as well as most employees are allowed to work from home.

Different time zones - drawback for some people. You have to be self-motivated person to work here.
