Working at this company I have found that they lure you in with three main lies... 9-5:30 - This may be true at the beginning but after a while they expect you to work overtime Mon-Fri and Saturdays for no extra pay! No work life balance at all! Everyone stays/low staff turn-over - Since working here I have seen soooooo many people start then leave. Most staff turnover I have ever seen in a company. Consultancy company - no, it is high-pressured sales. This is such a shame because working as a consultancy should be how this company works but all they care about is money. The way I hear staff talk about students is shocking sometimes....no actual care for the customer The concept is amazing and it certainly has hit a gap in the market. However, it is all over the place, high pressure sales and education don't mix!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but working here honestly drained me. At first it seemed like a decent opportunity, but after a few months it became clear the company was completely disorganised. Priorities changed constantly, nobody seemed to know what was going on, and employees were expected to just “figure it out” with very little support. The workload kept increasing while morale kept getting worse. People were stressed all the time, and management’s answer was usually another meeting instead of actually fixing the problem. A lot of good employees left while I was there, and after a while you start to understand why. The hardest part was how unappreciated everyone felt. You could work late, hit targets, help the team, and it still felt like it was never enough. Communication from leadership was poor speciality from the sales managers and sales director and there was a big disconnect between management and the people actually doing the work. There are some genuinely good people there, and honestly my coworkers were the only reason the job was bearable some days. I learned a lot, mainly about the kind of environment I never want to work in again.

Company Left Dublin office as there " HQ " with skeleton staff and no leadership expected the same result as main office in brighton No work from home accommodated or uk colleagues
