      Great team in learning experience. Lots of trust from your managers, flexible working hours, work can be fun and creative.

      Not sure I feel safe - freeze on promotions and hiring, highly questionable rebrand and salaries are incredibly low. The senior leadership don't seem to value their staff as much as they should. I don't feel there is much room to grow unfortunately.

Management actively listens to feedback and works to improve processes. 4. Focus on strengthening the North American sales team through in person onboarding bootcamps has improved collaboration and relationship building.
