Very micro-managed and highly monitored. Sales territories are a not equal. A majority of Learning Tree's business is done in the greater DC and New York area so representatives that have territories in those areas have a sizable advantage. There's almost unfair pressue put on you to have exemplary sales numbers when you're covering a territory region where Learning Tree doesn't hold the same strong reptutation they have in their key business regions (Washington D.C. / New York)
