Company with employees - Recensione dipendente - German Trainer presso Learnlight

I enjoyed working for Learnlight and would join their team again if ever possible. (I only left for family issues.) I had wonderful students of differing ethnicities. I was able to get to know the students and their cultures so I was able to enhance their language learning and increase their comfort levels. I love teaching and Learnlight helped make it a joy by providing in-depth lessons the students studied before class and we worked through during class. I had the freedom to discover students' needs and to use creativity to meet those needs. Though Learnlight is not located in the U.S. there were no problems communicating with staff when necessary. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Learnlight.

For me, there were no cons.

If you're looking for a large income, you have to be prepared to grow and specialize in your qualifications, open your availability beyond the 9–5 schedule, and be responsive across time zones. You have to be a people person, willing to deal with and maintain your composure under pressure, build empathy and trust, especially when personalities clash while keeping the goal in mind. You also have to stay resilient, be up to the challenge to avoid burnout and be able to say no to distractions.
