- Leadership lack experience and are therefore pretty awful at being leaders. Being sound is not a leadership skill. - Toxic workplace. There is no positive feedback. Don’t expect negative feedback either. Learnosity doesn’t do feedback, unless -it’s looking for leadership feedback. Expect to give a lot of feedback on leadership. - Contrary to my previous point. Don’t give feedback to leadership. - You are a subordinate here. Always remember that. - Workplace politics. Need I say more? - Office cliques. Gossip. All the fine things in life. - Communications are fine if talking to a brick wall and expecting a response is what you consider fine communications.
