That is normal and expected apparently, but employees are the scapegoats who have to deal with it. Such callousness from a CEO is not expected. Coming to the product, it is a mediocre product at best. Most of the video recordings have lot of errors and the people who speak during the video do it in such a monotonous way that people fall asleep viewing the video. All sorts of efforts are being made to "spice up" the videos by using additional animations and other gimmicks, with little to no focus on improving the content. When our team pointed out this, the CEO was quite rude and dismissive, saying you guys know nothing, I have got great testimonial from 2 students (out of over 5000, and who happen to be his relatives) The worst incident I remember is that the CEO made every employee pay 50 rupees to watch him and his deputy play a match of table tennis.
