They try to match your skills, I don't see people leaving or getting fired very often. Good people to work for. Very fair and good people to work around. The owners only care about making their millions while they pay next to nothing in salaries. There are no benefits, and usually no raises unless your lucky. Theres no company culture, you work in one of the many windowless offices, and everyone there just seems like they would rather be anywhere else.
