High Turnover (about one tech every 5 weeks)
No Structure (Assistants, M1, M2, M3 etc.)
No Trainers (why hire newbies and have no plans to train other than stick them with senior techs who hate the company and don't want to be stretched any thinner)
Hateful Crew (mostly rotten and discriminatory)

Corporate is based in Quebec, US is looked down upon compared to the CA plants.
