- No Growth Opportunities. - Pay increment and bonus are very very meagre. - No retrenchment compensation. - Lack of good sales strategies and increasingly less local autonomy. - Highly Fashion-industry focused, so it could be difficult to pivot out of the industry if you stay in the company for too long.
