Decent pay, good benefits, friendly coworkers, good food options. Decent perks.

Repetitive job with endless calls and emails with unrealistic metrics and nearly weekly changes from management to make the job harder. Shipping issues galore. Inexperienced mid level management. Endless promotions that lie to customers and can’t be delivered in time due to FedEx and lack of inventory. The job is apologizing to people for things that don’t arrive, troubleshooting bike issues and giving stuff away for free to appease angry old people every other call. No commission for selling bikes and accessories.

Catered lunches and flexible scheduling are a positive.

If you don't worship the ground the CEOs walk on, you will not be successful here. Was lied to by management on multiple occasions, expectations were not clearly laid out for any project or task. Marketing team is expected to work extremely long hours outside which was never communicated. Even though it is a business and not a church, CEOs seemed to prefer those that had religious affiliations.
