I love the organizational culture of this family owned business. Numerous opportunities for professional development and growth. Owner and his brother are team players that participate in the day to day operations to ensure the company stays on track. Exposure to the premiere software training and resources that make personnel more marketable. There is plenty of opportunity for anyone humble and bright enough to seize it!

No support for contract workers at the management level. Tech support is great, but only because of one of the worker's attitude. His superior is typical tech support: abrasive and with little social skills. Clients also find that the customer support is lacking. I have heard complaints.
