Non-existant secondary work conditions. No pension. Horrible atmosphere in-between colleagues, extremely narcisistic boss.

It is a young company so there is a lot of energy and space to learn.

Back then certain positions were ambiguous and did not have clear roles but this has likely changed as the company grew bigger
