Fast environment; exposure to all parts of litigation; little law experience required; opportunities to attend court; ability to interact with boss on a daily basis; coworkers were young and fun. Often grabbed drinks after work. Although a lot of work was done in front of a computer, I was able to work with clients often and learn tons about the litigation process. In other words, I was never bored, and the days flew by as my job posed new challenges daily.

Not enough training for people inexperienced in law; somewhat of a hostile environment at times due to the high turnover rate (but honestly, C.K. is just a no b.s kind of guy, so if you do your work efficiently, punctually, and effectively, you'll do well at the firm)
