Vantaggi
I will try to keep it as HONEST as possible! I hope they don't get the review deleted as they did for a few below & interview feedback. I Will check it after a month & repost it. Let's start with the PROS as below: 1. Your team will be extremely supportive 2. You will find some of the great tech minds 3. We have got a good product that has the potential to be better
Svantaggi
CONS can be divided into 2 parts as below: General CONS: 1. There's a huge lack of process in the company. I wouldn't let go of it in the name of being a "startup" 2. If you expect a work-life balance, I would recommend not even applying here, my friend; since we are told that this is not an MNC where you can have that luxury 3. No career growth, until you are a favorite or a huge fan of politics Team-wise CONS: There aren't many in my team, but from what I have seen so far: 1. Sales: TARGETS, TARGETS, TARGETS! Even if it means selling ideas that don't even exist (False Commitments) 2. Technology: Anand (CTO), and Anubhav (Solution Architect) are a few of the gems that this company owns. They are tech brilliance. VPs have huge arrogance for no reason. 3. Customer Success: I have seen the highest (maybe only) attrition in this team. An entirely new team has been set up (this happens every 12 months) and is being led by an incompetent manager 4. BD: All I see is that it's the most sorted team which brings in the best leads. 5. Project Management: There is no training that is being given to the team. You are directly handed over loads of clients with limited knowledge of the product. Basically, a dim burning candle in a dark room. FIND YOUR OWN WAY OUT! The manager seems to lack management skills when it comes to direction. 6. AI Analysts: The most hardworking ones with the least acknowledgment of their work 7. Marketing: Parul is the one working to the best of her abilities, rest not sure. But there is a lot that can be done other than the age-old conventional ways 8. MANAGEMENT: We have a so-called core team of college lads running this company. It's a huge thing to start a company and be able to run it for so long. There is no lack of talented minds. But things don't go a long way, until there is a mindset change and acceptance to new ways. I think all we need is a little more experience and exposure here.
