1) Product is amateurish at best. Automations can be better generated on GPT4 than these guys. 2) Process : No well defined process as the people at the top are themselves 26-27 yr old IIT grads who have zero industry experience or skill. The 'senior management' is a bunch of college grads who have clearly zero skills or enterprise experience. As a result, the product development is minimal, the sales or success process is zero and of course toxicity is highest 3) For a company that sells HR tech and HR related services, their own HR has folks with zero- under 2 year experience. There are no employee centric processes whatsoever. This company sells HR solutions to others and does ZERO implementations of the same themselves. Any investors looking to put money here, save your capital. Do your research on what this org promises to sell Vs what it truly believes in or has capability of? Toxicity, lies and deception and a mediocre product at best. Any employees looking for a change, look elsewhere - this is waste of time, effort and money coz apparently the company also sues people for taking action against them for wrongful termination. What a JOKE
