- Terrible treatment to their employees. - Upon hire they will tell you, you don't have to work holidays if you are non medical staff and then change it to do recreation with the residents. - Inconsistent nursing staff so social services is unable to complete their paper and it falls back on them. - Manipulation of staff and resident's. - You have to watch you're every move and careful to who you talk to because it will get back to management and if they do not like what you said they will suspend you without warning. Just a horrible environment to work in period.
