Pay is less than industry standards, and the company culture is really slipping. Leadership is well intentioned but completely disconnected. Three times in the last quarter they've done layoffs without explanation or notice, and only given the people let go 2 weeks of severance pay (despite working at LFL for years). Then, they're surprised at when the employees left behind are unhappy and unable to get their work done, despite being in constant fear for their jobs and having no support. There's a Grand Canyon sized disconnect between what the leadership teams says, and what they do. If you're looking to get your foot in the door and get some agency experience, this is the place for you. But make plans to get out on your own, because it gets back quickly.
