No clear job scopes for everyone, so everyone is expected to do tasks outside of their roles. Management would accept too many projects at once because of money and expect the team to figure it out. Interns are expected to do full-timers' jobs because there is not enough staff. Manager only micromanages. No trust is given to the team and the management will lash out when things go wrong due to miscomm.
