When my grand-daughter was still born my family wanted to give my daughter and son-in-law something they could keep as a memorial of their daughter. We decided on a necklace with a specific meaning for them. Not having time to go out and look for three necklaces, all the same, I called Mr. Fletcher and his wife Marion for a favor. I asked Marion to find what we were looking for and over-night them to me. A couple hours later Mr. Fletcher called and told me that they had the necklaces and would hand deliver them to me the following night to make sure we got them in time, one was to go in the casket with Lily. They drove six hours the night before the funeral, took me to dinner, handed me the necklaces, stayed the night, went to the funeral service the next day, another hour further from their home, braved the bitter cold to be with us at the graveside and stopped at my daughter's home to further pay their respects. When they left Mr. Fletcher had my entire family laughing thus leaving us a lighter note. This is the man and wife that run this company. I have sat in his office as he worries that his employees are getting what they need and deserve. A truly caring and warm hearted individual to work for and with.

Overall leadership by CEO is fantastic although his hand are tied to truly put in place the personnel and programs to enhance promoting the firm, call center operations and more importantly, a high quality business development executive that can contribute at the levels needed for the firm to maintain a strong foundation, grow & even continue in business.

Promoting itself is truly lacking as firm conducts itself in an old school mentality and approach to how to drive business via primarily cold calling. Telemarketing operations is totally lacking the technology and leadership needed to aid in the quality and consistent appointments sales organization needs to drive sales for engaged consulting services. Furthermore, VP of Business Development is lacking any ability to oversee and drive the combined sales and call center operations and interfacing of such operations to the point the firm needs to seriously move quickly to replace said person or it will be the firms downfall!
