Vantaggi
Friendly Directors Great place for depression patients to rehabilitate
Svantaggi
-No Vesting Rights -Orphan Cases are only to be profited by the CEO himself and no proper assignment. Leaving clients hanging without an agent. -Directors are non-practitioners and mostly sit in office to "Teach" their agents. -Method of teaching is old school and No directors/CEO willing to keep up with the ever changing market trend. -Prospecting methods are seriously very limited, Cold Call 24/7 and a pathetic Expensive 3Days Roadshow which only happen every quarter. -CEO egoistic and does not believe is others opinion besides himself. -Directors are not exactly qualified as they barely know what are the best ways to guide/teach new agents other than forcing their old school experiences into new agents. -Company gaining all the residual income from all the orphan cases into their own pockets and does not even invest in new agents nor the company. -New agents who doesn't follow their Old School preaching will be deemed lazy, immature, no effort, however they will be nice and friendly, encouraging you towards your months of suffering to come by telling you that you will succeed only if you follow their footsteps. -Directors are not active MDRT members but have high income, fed by the CEO in exchange for loyalty. -Recruitment for new agents have significantly plummet as many see the poor state of the company. -Directors are Bias in recruiting as they looking for capable people who can bring the company revenue. Because they cannot teach. -New Agents are left to Starve 4-12 months without an income(And I mean $0), proper guidance and platform to get clients, before they leave the company for good. -Agents are bombarded by huge varieties of products, however only 3-4 product types are practiced/pitched. -Represent different insurance companies but sided towards Aviva alone. -Minimal to Nil career growth opportunity. Directors have to be nice and friendly to the agents, however they themselves are not practitioners and thus they can only teach base on their own experiences from the past. In hoping that being nice and friendly can retain their agents. They give encouragement and motivational talks. Imagine you are learning to swim, your instructor dont know the basic fundamentals, but still very patient and kind towards you. Encouraging and motivating you on the side of the pool, brainwashing you to stay positive, cheering and clapping for you, expecting that suddenly you will know how to swim and be on your own. How long will your "Dont give up spirit" last before you drown? Will your current strength, oxygen, and spirit(Time, Savings, Energy) be able to sustain you until you learn how to swim on your own? Would you rather look for another instructor who can teach and guide you towards a success before you drown? Is this the work culture/environment you are keen to look forward to?
