The company is a sham. All of you who are trying to join this company or the insurance industry please beware. They will promise experienced consultants a very lucrative migration package and to those new migrants to the industry, they will tell you that you will earn a lot in this company and become financially free. How did they do it you must be wondering? They will advance you commissions larger and higher than most industry players after any insurance sales and this is where they promised you that you'll be "rich" and that you'll get your MDRT, COT & TOT but they did not tell you the catch. Most consultants who are with them for a fews years be it a producing or non-producing reps that have did any insurance sales will not consider leaving the company not because of loyalty, but because of the CATCH. THE CATCH is all the advanced commissions which the company "encouraged" consultants by selling from only that particular one or two financial products from a renowned insurance partners, WILL BE CLAW BACK if he/she decided to leave the company. Minimumly after making the sale from that few products from day one, you will have to "stay" for at least 2 to 3 years doing nothing before any claw back regress down to $0. Best part, they will not inform and rather be vague about it upon interview. So in a way, you will get a lot of advanced commissions and salary that are higher than most industry players but only to know that you have to stay in the company for at least 2 to 3 years to reduce the claw back of commission earned to $0 if you decide to leave the industry or join other players due the past sales you did. Whatever income earned by accomplishing MDRT, COT or TOT in this company are technically facades because they will tell you, "you can leave the company but have to pay claw back first, if not then you stay for 2 to 3 years and don't do sales, to bring the claw back amount to zero." Please please to those are reading this, avoid this company. I rather you guys join other insurance companies or brokers who practice openness on their commission structure and employee's retention strategies. In summary, although the advanced commission consultants received here are high, but because of the claw backs, a person who yearns to seek growth by joining other companies will be limited by it. And essentially, whatever money you earned here or accolades you achieved here, does not "belong" to you. Really, heed the advice, there are better insurance companies out there.

In my opinion, these are the following: Compliance is a headache. Admin staff are poorly trained and often ask stupid questions. Management is stuck in the past and practices a churning turnover culture. They will fire you once you have exhausted your warm contacts. They will force certain products down advisors' throats and in turn expects it to be forced onto clients. When you are no longer able to generate revenue, you will be "forced" to go. Politics here is more colorful than a circus clown. CEO loves to use scare and intimidation tactics and doesn't know how to speak like a human being. Like Donald Trump says, this CEO lacked common sense. He would resort to screaming and raising his voice to get his way. Highly unprofessional human being. There is nothing much to learn besides selling. A waste of time company if you are looking for longevity. Like the late Warren Buffet says, rat poison squared. If you value your time and life and have a book of clients, you might want to consider somewhere else. This company is a one trick pony. Commission structure is also average.
