Worst Management Ever! - Recensione dipendente - Leasing Consultant presso Legacy Residential Group

Good company to start a career in accounting.

I have no cons in my experience.

There a NO pros to working for CFH Group.

The owner is morally bankrupt. This company withheld all of the payroll on numerous occasions without warning to pay off his illegal/bad debt. The entire property I worked for were always walking on eggshells wondering if we would be compensated for our work. I'm NOT referencing bonuses or OT, I'm talking about base pay. Communication between the corporate office and the actual properties was non-existent and if you tried contacting anyone at corporate regarding why no one received their pay checks you were promptly hung up on or yelled at in Spanish. On top of never knowing if you were getting paid, you were constantly bombarded with emails directly from THE OWNER about how we, as CFH Group employees, needed to support the owners' son's music career by supporting him on social media platforms. Oh OK, I'll get right on that AFTER YOU PAY ME. This company is a joke and trust me, no one that works there cares about their employees, even on a basic human rights level. If you make a small mistake, your job is threatened. The properties within driving distance (3 at the time) would converse together to have questions answered since the corporate office just ignored you (unless you spoke fluent Spanish). Run, don't walk from this place. I'm sure they will go under, it's just a matter of time.
