Laid off without warning, expect your job to be offshored to people in other countries who perform poorly. Training is lacking. Takes too long to learn platform. Not easy to see customer information making calls confusing and frustrating especially when starting out. Platform used to perform job too clunky, buggy, confusing, takes too much time to learn even if you're familiar with different CRMs Metrics not planned out for multiple teams which could impact bonus including not receiving bonuses at all depending on your team. In other cases it led to confusing tracking of work done which could make people doing the same amount of work look like they're either falling behind or exceeding expectations. Overall just a very clunky unplanned experience.
