Only pro was that I had was that I was able to work on some large projects. But even then when they closed I'd get cut out of the commission.

The company is dying. They have grossly fallen behind all their compitition. One of the worst parts was that they force all sales agents to a group meeting each month that lasts 5 hours and is an hour out in the middle of no where. Sit in a room and listen to brokers discuss thier "amazing" listings that haven't sold for years. And because it is a regional meeting where agents from all areas come you don't discuss anything relevant to your own clients. Why do I need to know about a delapitated pizza shop five hours away? Commission Splits are horrible, the managers and presidents find a way to cut out refferal fees from everything.
