Some coworkers, supervisors, and stand leads are rude or go on power trips and can ruin your entire shift. Management is often disorganized and there is a lack of communication. Some events bring less tips on average compared to others. Pay is not very good; close to minimum wage. Post-event traffic. Dealing with the occasional belligerent and rude customers. Benefits are meh.
