Paid meal breaks. Tips! Having good coworkers can make your shift better. Employer-sponsored 401K. Some stand leads and supervisors are very kind. You are unionized. You have the option to pick up shifts at other venues if help is needed.

Some coworkers, supervisors, and stand leads are rude or go on power trips and can ruin your entire shift. Management is often disorganized and there is a lack of communication. Some events bring less tips on average compared to others. Pay is not very good; close to minimum wage. Post-event traffic. Dealing with the occasional belligerent and rude customers. Benefits are meh.
