Horrendous upper management (store management okay, but Legends themselves have been abysmal) - Legends doesn't want to give raises to long-time store employees and there are absolutely no incentives to stay long-term or work hard (no commissions, no raises/bonuses [I haven't received a single raise in my four years of working here], no appreciation). Back when Legends first acquired us, the employees at least received little free items once in a while after working super tough events, but now there's absolutely nothing. I used to like some of the Legends employees that would show up once in a while, but ever since the change in staffing in that higher level, everything has gone downhill. Buyers don't know what they're doing, there is terrible communication, and they're honestly a joke with everyone who works in the store level. Don't work here if you want to feel valued
