if you are hardworking your work will not go unnoticed, the three bosses are for the most part friendly and will appreciate your work in their own ways. at the same time if you want to slack off you can do that too, since the work hours are long you will eventually lose out the will to work hard. they have parties sometimes in CP but it can get a little too much with all the drinking, dancing and little food, its important to maintain a professional atmosphere even if you are partying. salaries do get revised and you can get a descent hike in 6 months.

work timings are 9 hours for 5 days. the salary is credited on 7th on each month. They say timings are flexible but the office opens at 10 am and closes at 10 pm so if you want to come early or leave late you cant. saturdays are working, a company which has 9 hours and 5 days working should not be using the phrase "work life balance". the employees have to bring their own laptops they call it "Bring your own device policy" which is unheard of. the leave policy says you cant take off after a public holiday, if you take leave on a monday they add sunday to leave as well. often employees who take a long leave are called back in between. the entire PF contribution is taken from the employee salary thats 24% of your basic salary so negotiate keeping that in mind or if you never availed PF before you can opt out of PF. defence colony faces light cutouts often, the electricity department sends an advance notice but the employees still have to come to office sitting in the dark purposelessly, some will take their laptops in a nearby park and get work done using their phone internet. their is water shortage as well and you cant use the toilets. the office is in a basement with no ventilation and the toilet often stink up the entire office. the male employees have to use a shabby toilet upstairs. recently work from home is being given but its deifferent for every team. IT team gets 4 in a month, lawyers get 2 while content and sales get none. most employees slack off and can bring your morale down because the work hours are too long. office gossip is too much even salary is not kept confidential. because of all the above reasons most employees leave the company very soon, those who dont are related to the bosses.
