      -Worked with some great people across multiple teams and departments. -A mix of interesting and challenging engineering problems. -Encouragement of overall learning and skill growth -Remote working and overall time flexibility are great.

      -There is a continuous revolving door of employees, often largely in management or senior roles. This leads to dysfunctional work practices, a decrease in team morale, and an overall breakdown of productivity. -Communication doesn't flow smoothly/accurately between tiers. Managers don't always effectively communicate with their team leads, the engineers on the team, or cross-teams which can create a definite disconnect. This leads to misunderstandings, missed expectations, and frustration at work, specifically with management.

With growth, the needs of the business change and while we do our best to ensure that organizational changes have a minimal impact, we understand that they can cause some disruption.       They have such a supportive team and their work culture is outstanding. All the employees are intelligent and caring, so the atmosphere is great. Their benefit is also decent, so I'm content with the work and life balance as well.

      Depending on the department you work for, the career growth could be limited.
