R&D has increased 30% over the past two years. We have launched a number of innovative new products, IoT, R&D initiatives, and have a number of new product launches that are expected in 2017 and beyond. The growth in R&D spend has been above our sales growth as we have reinvested in R&D above our sales growth. Overall our R&D investment has increased above market and other spend areas.
