8yThank you for your service to Legrand. We're glad you enjoyed the 401K matching program and the work life balance. Please note that due to IRS regulations the bonus can not be considered part of an employee’s compensation as is not tied to performance and therefore not eligible for 401k deferrals.
In terms of annual increases, over 75% of our population received a merit increase last year. We are sorry that you did not enjoy this benefit, it is linked to performance.
