Great pay and benefits Flexible hours

Executive leadership would outsource everyone's job (except theirs) is they could save a buck. All investment requires 2 year payback, even investments in doing the right thing. Finance can not be the only gatekeeper to investment. Engineering and Operations need a voice as well.

We are glad that you enjoyed our total compensation plan while you were employed at Legrand. Our investments in factories are based on various factors based on our strategic framework. Payback is one of the considerations. Some of the other factors that we take into account are safety, quality, and service improvements. We have made numerous investments that have payback of more than 2 years. All investments made are consistent with our multi-year strategic roadmap - since we are a global company all investments are evaluated in the context of our broader supply chain capabilities and not just local operational needs. Very nice company, no overtime, very open about letting you network and experience what different fields do.

Kinda slow at times, you might not always have work to do as an intern.
